Our School

The Glenbrook Transitions Services school supports approximately 70–80 students ages 18–22 with disabilities as they develop the skills needed for greater independence. These young adults have completed their high school programs and are continuing their educational journey through life skills, job readiness and community-based instruction.

Purpose of the Program

Our students receive personalized instruction in areas such as:

  • Job exploration and supported employment
  • Daily living and community navigation skills
  • Social communication and self-advocacy
  • Financial literacy and technology use

A Strong Community Fit

The property also houses other mission-aligned organizations, including:

  • An early childhood center.
  • A social service agency supporting adults who have completed similar transitional programs.
