Dress Code and Personal Care

Students will dress according to the activities of their schedule, taking into account any dress standards of a particular site (e.g. uniform, close-toed shoes, etc).  Students will be expected to adhere to their vocational experience business dress code.  Students may bring their work attire to GBT and change prior to their shift if they choose. Students will be held to the Glenbrook High School District 225 dress code, located in the Parent and Student Handbook.

The area of hygiene is a vital component of success in post-secondary environments. Students are expected to maintain personal hygiene while accessing GBT, community, and vocational sites. Students will be encouraged to keep personal hygiene items in their lockers and will receive direct instruction from staff as necessary or as indicated by IEP goals.
